Hello Deanne, You should have by now received your refund. I regret you were not satisfied with your purchase. If you had read the item description you would see that we don't print on Bristol, nor is our paper stock glossy, as you complained that upon framing it was "too glossy under glass" - obviously not the fault of our prints. FYI they do make a non-reflective glass for framing art, and all frame shops carry it. Per our return policy, we gladly accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked, no need to make up reasons or give misleading one star reviews. We issue refunds simply because you ask. As a shop owner yourself, I hope you can appreciate that. In the future, taking a minute to read item descriptions and refund/return policies will save everyone the headache. Regards, Michael

5 out of 5 starsVery nice print. Wish i had option of having it framed as well but im pleased with the purchase. Purchased it for a friend who is catholic (i pray she is forgiven for that flaw)and really into mary. Ill be back

5 out of 5 starsI received my print, and the quality of the paper is second to none. Even the packing is very well thought out as it’s a triangular shipping container instead of the standard tube packing that get’s crushed. Shipping was fast, and I would definitely shop here again.

1 out of 5 starsBuyer beware: this is a $40+ unframed print. This is a huge disappointment. I should have gone just about anywhere else for such a stock print. I saw the price and made a huge (stupid) assumption that it MUST be framed. Ugh! The paper is thick, but wrinkled. The print quality is decent, but - $42?! Ugh!
