play with lasers!
Bright Beam Goods was founded in 2010 by owners, operators, and makers-in-chief Eve Trester-Wilson and Kristen von Minden. Eve and Kristen are friends who share a background in architecture, a taste for power tools, and a passion for crafting.
The studio at Bright Beam Goods houses a pair of laser cutters and a variety of other tools with which we make our own products, but we also help others with theirs. We do custom laser cutting, teach classes, offer memberships, and share our space with a couple dozen like-minded makers. Our workshop is a place where creative types come together to craft, create, collaborate and inspire one another.
Eve + Kristen

Kristen and Eve are a duo of friends trained as architects, with a passion for creating beautiful and playful things with lasers!
Custom Cutting Manager
Devon was introduced to laser cutting as an architecture student at the University of Michigan. Since then, she has adapted her passion for digital fabrication to make leather handbags, home goods, and custom projects for clients on a daily basis.
I have a Fine Arts degree from UT Austin and I love all things creative! Safely packing and shipping your orders out on time are my favorite tasks here at the BBG studio!
Designer, Production Manger
Nate is a graphic designer and mentally descends from the early Bauhaus era. When he is not meticulously kerning letters he works on projects ranging from product design to vector illustration to web design.
