Hi! Welcome to Make It Mine Couture. Thank you for visiting my shop. Please send me a message if you would like a custom order created for you that you do not see in my listings:) I am always looking for new and fun ideas to try. Current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks

Returns and exchanges
Payment in full is due prior to items being made. NO REFUNDS can be given on personalized items.
All sales are final as our clothing and accessories are made to order so no returns will be accepted.

**Please double check your order information prior to submitting. All orders will be shipped to the address given at the time of purchase. If there is an error with the delivery address please notify Make it Mine Couture by e-mail prior to the ship date. Any orders shipped to incorrect addresses given will not be refunded. Additionally, Make it Mine Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped you will receive a message via email and ETSY with the tracking information, including the date shipped and address being shipped to.**
Payment
All items are custom made. No orders can be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Shipping
All items are custom and take between 2-3 weeks to create. Most of the time they are completed sooner. I ship using USPS. Please double check your order information. I am not responsible for LOST or Stolen packages. I am also NOT responsible for addresses that are provided to me that are wrong.

When calculating turnaround time, please do not use weekends or holidays. Transit time is generally 2-5 business days. All of our orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

PLEASE keep in mind, due to the nature of this business, fabrics can be backordered, discontinued, or out of stock without notice. If a specific fabric is requested and it is unavailable you will be contacted once the order is processed.
