I believe in lifelong learning for everyone at every age and stage. I seem to pick up a new interest every year and dive headlong into the deep. I love sharing what I learn and giving back to the communities that take me in and teach me what they know.

I have enthusiastically embraced, drawing, plein air painting, sewing, knitting, machine, knitting, goat raising, surfing, chicken raising, growing our own food, composting, worm bins, dog training, cat fostering, electronics, robotics, home automation, pool maintenance, sprinkler system repairs...

I am not great at clutter management and admire those who can keep their workspaces tidy.

I still dream of a local maker space really close to home, but have found outlets in a sort of close to home wordworking shop, and with the online maker community.
