Make it Stick believes in providing high quality handmade crafts. Every creation is handmade and individual. All creations are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Below are our polices put in place to protect not only you as a shopper, but us as a business. Please remember that Make it Stick is a legit business. We pay taxes, we have costs, and we operate Make it Stick as well as work full-time "real" jobs :)

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
- Make it Stick will not be held responsible for incorrect items such as names, dates, times, weights or colors. Please make sure your information for custom items is correct prior to paying. Changes are not guaranteed once paid.
Payment
If buyer cancels order prior to custom items started (this includes materials purchased) or before shipped (for ready-made items only) buyer will be issued a refund in the amount of their initial purchase minus a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping
ATTENTION: Your item(s) that you ordered do not come with insurance coverage should it get lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance please message me to do so. Sorry, but I cannot be held responsible for lost, late or damaged packages.
- All items (except international orders) are Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class with a delivery confirmation
- When items are ready to be shipped, you will receive an email via Etsy with your tracking number. Please hold on to this for future reference.
Additional policies and FAQs
- Color variations may occur due to computer monitors and vinyl dye lots.
- Emails are generally responded to within 24-48 hours M, W, F. We like to take the weekends off so if you do not hear from us, please give us until Monday evening or Tuesday to respond. I do leave a vacation response up when I am away for any extended period of time.
It is our hopes that you will love your purchases as much as we love to make them. If for any reason you're unhappy or have a question about your purchases please contact us.
Remember these are hand-crafted items. If you're searching something made to robotic perfection... these are not it. You're welcome to ask any questions prior to your purchase.
