I started out making aesthetic nursing notes. They're designed to help you create a calm environment for yourself and your patients—and they've been so well-received that I've expanded my offerings. Now I also create apparel, accessories, and home goods with reminders like "bee present" or "be kind" on them to help keep your mind in the right place.

I also sell products with nature-based images on them—it's not just about the words, but also the images themselves. Some people find that looking at nature scenes helps them get rebalanced when they feel out of whack or overwhelmed.
