Additional policies and FAQs
Some items, especially root lamps, may include delicate twigs and/or protrusions. Please be careful. Unless an item arrives damaged, I cannot be responsible for any subsequent breakage.
All lamps are wired for U.S. standard 120VAC power, for indoor use only. Use only recommended bulbs.
UL listing: All lamps use only top quality UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed electrical components. The lamps themselves are not UL listed. UL certification involves a lengthy test process, including testing (often to destruction) of identical samples. Since all my lamps are one of a kind, this is obviously not possible. I do try to make all lamps in accordance with the UL best practices and standards, but the buyer is solely responsible for determining that any lamp is suitable and/or safe for his or her intended use. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage(s) resulting from the use or misuse of any items sold.
