Welcome to Maley Designs. We are so glad you found us!

I’m Whitney Maley, founder of Maley Designs. My husband Neil and I created this boutique to deliver unique personalized designs to help you tell your story. We do this every day with high quality items, incredible customer service, and fast delivery. These are the driving forces of our company.

I never dreamed my little handmade business would have grown into what it is today. Maley Designs is a sustainable and growing company because of my supportive husband who believed in me through my many attempts at different businesses.

I have always been an entrepreneur. From trying to start up a healthy snack company that didn’t work out to dabbling in direct sales selling jewelry. While selling jewelry was successful, I didn’t love the products. I learned through that experience that I had to give the best products to my customers.

Maley Designs came to life when we were stationed in South Korea with the Army and I taught myself how to sew. I began making custom blankets, bibs, and binkie clips. When the Army moved us to Colorado, Neil graciously bought me an embroidery machine to personalize my creations.

Because of Neil’s unfaltering support, I found what I loved doing and what I was good at.

Soon after getting pregnant with our first child, I knew I couldn’t keep hand making each item. We decided to personalize already made quality blanks. With only $500 to start this new adventure, we were blessed to find someone selling their equipment for an amazing price online. This changed everything. We started with vinyl and then experimented with various blanks until we found the quality we were looking for.

I worked every day between the kiddo’s naps and stayed up late every night making the designs, cutting the vinyl, and packaging orders. My office started in the living room, so Neil and I were still spending time together at night as he played video games and I worked on orders. The business quickly grew to the point I could no longer manage it alone. Neil and I had a tough decision to make. Between the business growing and having to deal with continued military deployments and relocations, we decided to take a huge leap of faith.

We left the Army life to run Maley Designs full time, together as a family. Neil had lots of Army management experience and a background in Finance. I needed his expertise to keep the company running smoothly. We are so grateful we get to do this every day. We love being home with our children and working together as a team. We love designing one-of-a-kind clothing for your whole family for birthdays, holidays and big events. We love helping expectant moms announce their big news and creating the perfect newborn “coming home from the hospital” outfit.

---------REFUNDS---------

We believe in providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We do our best to ensure you have a great experience from ordering to receiving your package. If we make an error on your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will reprint your order at no additional cost to you.

Returns: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We accept returns on new/unwashed items that have not been personalized or customized. Items should be post-marked within 7 days of delivery. Once they are received back, we will issue a refund minus shipping. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns.

Please check our size chart on each listing to get the perfect fit. Sizes can vary up to 1 inch. Our size charts come directly from our suppliers. If you end up needing a different size once you receive your order, we gladly offer a discount coupon to order the correct size.

Your satisfaction is truly important to us and we work really hard to give each customer an amazing product! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send us a message.

We can cancel any order up to 24 hours after it has been placed. If your order has been printed, we can refund you minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
-----------PROCESSING TIME----------

Most items have a processing time of 1-4 business days plus shipping time.

You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days with our standard shipping in the United States.

-------------DOMESTIC SHIPPING-----------

We use USPS with tracking. You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with your tracking number. USPS standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days, but please know that shipping can be longer depending on the postal system.

Priority shipping upgrades are available during check-out. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days and comes with $50 of insurance. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Due to having no control over the postal system once an order has shipped, Maley Designs, is not responsible for delayed packages.

Please double check that your address is correct on the invoice. Any returned packages will be shipped at the buyer's expense.

--------------INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-------------

We ship through USPS which can take from 1-4 weeks for delivery. Please know that our packaging is different for international orders to save you on shipping charges.

Buyers are responsible for any VAT/duty/custom fees on importing packages from the US to your country. Fees can range from $0-20USD. Please check with your local post office before ordering if you have any questions.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like to add insurance to your order.

►How do I add my customization (name,color,date) to my order?

During check-out there will be a box called 'Note to Seller', please add all personalization information in that area. We use that to print each order.

►When will I receive my order?

Standard Shipping 5-10 business days (domestic orders only)

►What method do you use to print my order?

We have a super fancy direct-to-garment printer that prints directly onto the item. We have worked hard to find the best printing method on the market and believe we have it.

-----------PROOFS-----------
Your order comes with up to 2 free proofs. We do not send proofs with each order as it slows up production time. If you would like a proof please include that in the note to seller and we will gladly send one.

All proofs and conversations will be sent through Etsy. Please check your messages frequently, so we can get your order shipped quickly.
