Returns and exchange details
We at Maltipaws are human and we do make mistakes! If we were the ones who made the mistake, don't worry, we will completely handle it! Visit our "Contact Us" section and include your order number so we can help to replace your order ASAP. Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was made by our staff. For example, if you placed your order but you chose the wrong sizing or width on the order, we will not replace it for free. If the mistake was Maltipaws' fault then don't worry, we will pay for the replacement and the shipping back to you! You also get to keep your original collar shipped to you!
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our shop. Credit Card purchases are accepted and will be securely processed through PayPal. We also accept PayPal payments and echecks. If paying with an echeck, your order will be shipped after the echeck has cleared, which can delay shipping for a few days. If you prefer another method please contact us.

NC residents will pay sales tax. Sales tax should automatically add to your total at checkout.
All items are made at the time of purchase. We make every effort to ship your order in 1 to 2 business days.

We ship to the address listed in ETSY. Please be sure the address is correct to ensure to your order arrives to you as quickly as possible. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address we cannot be responsible for cost of postage to reship your item.

SHIPPING charges are greatly increasing on Jan 27th 2013. This is beyond our control.
Packages are often times delivered within 2 weeks of when your order was shipped, however, occasionally packages are delayed due to customs in your country. This is often times the case if your order was a high dollar amount. Please be patient, packages rarely go undelivered so in most cases your package will be delivered.


Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic purchases. Please convo us or add a "note to seller" during checkout if you would like to add insurance and/or signature confirmation for an additional fee.

Delivery Confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class mail or in a priority flat rate envelope. Please note that this is the trade off for inexpensive shipping . We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. Please convo us or add a "note to seller" during checkout if you would like to add insurance or other mail services.

At this time all orders shipped to Canada are shipped Priority mail to avoid a extra long delay in receiving the item. If you would like the item just mailed First Class International please send us a convo so that we can adjust the shipping.

We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees. We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package. Please contact us to adjust the shipping cost on your order.

After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. (We have never had this happen!) We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information, but we cannot reship or refund your order. Please call your local your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office.
Additional policies and FAQs
We bring you savings on everyday prices! Since our prices are significantly reduced we don't offer any additional discounts. However, subscribe to our Facebook page for the latest sales and occasional coupon codes.
Our collars are handmade with cotton fabric, interfacing, and thread. If your pup is known to chew collars, tug extremely hard, or be excessively rough on collars, Maltipaws collars might not be the best choice. However, we make collars for all sorts of pups from Bull Mastiffs to Chihuahuas without any issue! We do not place a warranty on our collars due to the handmade and custom nature.
