Welcome to the vibrant colourful world of MamaFiber's (www.MamaFiber.com) handmade accessories and jewellery - products of a life-long passion for creating!

Since I was a child I have been making things to wear and decorate with - I made my first Indian style nose ring when I was seven.
My younger son - 3yo - seems to start sharing this passion as he loves to have "messy time" with me whenever I do wet felting in the garden.

The vivid colours I use cheer up the mood, they are inspired by the nature around me - our large wild garden with small forest, by the memories of my trips or come from my dreams and meditations.

I love the feel of the textures of nature (fibres, wood, clay, stone, metal, gems) and the completion of each unique creation is so rewarding!

I use only natural fibres - wool, bamboo, linen, hemp, ramie, cotton, etc. except silk as I don't approve the process of its production for the cruelty to the silk worms.
(I rarely use recycled sari silk stripes or reclaim old silk threads, but not new silk.)

I feel I am a "producer" in its full meaning - not just being a video producer as my main occupation, but as a producer of beautiful objects, too (I also make the bread, vinegar and yogurt at home - smile!).

I invite you to get in touch with me before finalising the order - we can discuss all order details (colours, materials, size, quantities, shipment, etc) to avoid any misunderstanding and fulfil your expectations.

In case you receive something you did not expect, you can contact me within 5 (five) days after you receive the package and I will provide an address to send it back.

I'll give a full refund, excluding the shipping costs, through PayPal, or prepare another product to exchange upon your wish, as soon as I get the package back and ONLY if
the item is returned in its original package and condition - not used, not damaged, packaging not open.

The item must be returned to me within:
- 14 days of parcel reception - from buyers from Europe;
- 28 days - from buyers from US and other overseas countries.
The return shipment expenses will have to be entirely born by the buyer.

If a parcel is sent to a wrong address which is buyer's responsibility, I will not refund nor exchange.
Payment
There are two possible ways to pay - via PayPal and by card.

The card payments are done via PayPal, but you don’t have to have a PayPal account:
- You choose PayPal during checkout.
- After the order is submitted, click the “Pay Now” button.
- Scroll down to see the option to pay with Credit or Debit Card without having to sign in at PayPal.

Payment is due at the time of your purchase.

Prices are in US $ but you can pay in your own currency as PayPal will automatically convert it.

Shipping
SHIPMENT

All listed products are made and ready to ship.
I ship worldwide from Bulgaria, EU via Bulgarian Posts with “Registered Priority Mail” which provides the customer with a tracking code of the parcel.

DELIVERY TERMS

The delivery is to the buyer's Etsy address or to the PayPal address - let's clarify it before finalising the order.
If you want the product sent to a different address (as a gift, etc), please notify me in advance before the payment - you may want me to include a small greeting message written on your behalf.

A standard delivery time after the proof of payment in business days (Mo - Fri) is:
- 1-5 business days for Bulgaria
- around 5-7 business days to Europe and 10-14 business days overseas

There might be unforeseen delays beyond my control due to customs operations, holidays, etc for which MamaFiber will not be held responsible.
My aim is to process and send your order as quickly as possible.

PACKAGING

The size of the order determines how the products are shipped: as a letter in padded bubble wrap envelope, as a small package or as a parcel.
You may require an extra gift wrapping/ gift packaging inside the transportation packaging - let me know.

DELIVERY PRICE

It depends on the parcel size, weight and destination, and is calculated according to the tariffs of Bulgarian Posts:

Price for packaging and delivery in Bulgaria - starting from 1.5 euro.
Prices for packaging and delivery for Europe - starting from 5€.

Prices for packaging and delivery for outside Europe - starting from 6€. 
 
The buyer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes and custom charges that may occur in the destination country.

INSURANCE

The delivery price doesn’t include insurance. Please contact me, if you want one - the order can be insured with 2% premium on the price against damage, loss and theft.
