Welcome to Mama Stowe's Red Lighthouse Treasures of Jupiter! I am using this name to honor the memory of our dear friend Werner, who was taken too soon, & who lovingly gave me this nickname. Mama Stowe's supports Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.) & various animal rescue charities.
I love quality arts and crafts! I've been called a perfectionist, but I think it's a GOOD thing! Between my family, my background in arts & music, and our lovely south Florida coast, I have a lot to inspire me! I hope you will enjoy what I have to offer - a little of this, a little of that. Custom orders always welcome!

Accepted payment methods

This shop accepts PAYPAL.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Work on custom orders will not commence until payment is confirmed. This may extend promised ship date.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped via USPS, using the most economical option available, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. If you require insurance or other special add-ons, a special request must be made at time of purchase. Extra fees for special request shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, but no international shipping is available at this time. If you prefer another shipping carrier (for example, Fed Ex, UPS, etc...) please request this at time of purchase. Shipping fees may be higher for carriers other than USPS, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Each item is carefully packaged using a variety of packing materials based on the needs of the item ordered. Care is taken to insure that each item is wrapped sufficiently to ensure safe arrival of item. MamaStowes strives to use eco-friendly and/or recycled packaging, whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to provide a great shopping experience, and a quality item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. Please contact me via etsy.

• Returns or exchanges are allowed within three days of receipt of your purchase. I must be contacted within that three day period, and I must receive the item within one week after contact has been made.
• The Buyer will be refunded the price of the item minus the original shipping charge & listing/etsy/Paypal fees.
• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable.
• The returned Item must be in resale-able condition; otherwise, the refunded amount will be at the sole discretion of MamaStowes.

CUSTOM ORDERS: No refunds on custom orders, except for orders which contain mistakes, which deviate from the original order, or are defective. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun on the item. Please provide detailed & complete directions about colors, styles, wording, etc...if you need very specific customization. You may be asked to provide sample graphic. (For instance...teal / turquoise / blue / aqua / nautical blue / sky blue...are words used to describe various types of blues, and are commonly confused, and open to interpretation. Tip: Use familiar items / brands / products to convey your choice of colors (such as "Tiffany" blue or "Hellmann's Mayonnaise" blue or Navy blue). One digital sample will be provided, UPON REQUEST, only after order has been placed, at NO extra charge.

*CUSTOM ORDER DESIGN CONSULTATION: Design consultation (prior to placing order) including digital sample, is available upon request, at an additional charge of $15 which will be credited towards order. Design consult fee is non-refundable, and can only be used as a credit towards purchase of same item. If order is canceled, returned, or exchanged, design fee will not be refunded.

CANCELED ORDERS: Please review your order carefully before purchase. Once an order has been placed, if buyer wishes to cancel order, request must be made via etsy shop page within one hour of purchase. If buyer wishes to cancel after one hour and receive a refund, refund will be less etsy fees, Paypal transaction fees, and less $1 restock/handling fee. If work has already begin on a custom order, order may not be canceled or refunded. I will do my best to satisfy every customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please read listing descriptions carefully. I go to great lengths to carefully & accurately describe & photograph each item, including colors, sizes, etc., in order to avoid poor or unfair ratings. If you are unhappy with an order you have received because it differs from my description, or is not of the quality you expected, please contact me prior to posting a bad review. Good communication is the key to a positive transaction. Please do not review my shop unfairly if I have provided an accurate description, and have shipped as promised. Shop ratings are very important to small businesses, and I take it very seriously. I will do everything I can to satisfy each and every customer, within the parameters of common sense & fair business practice. Like the majority of Etsy shop owners, I also have other full-time employment, so it may take me up to 48 hours to respond to messages.
