5 out of 5 starsIt’s really nice, I’m new to a necklace that’s not silver but this one has pieces of silver in it and that’s what I like about it. Make sure you buy two inches larger if you want it to reach a certain spot on your neck.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding. When tracking shows "delivered" but customer never receive the package, I politely ask the customer to help find the missing package. Along with several other things to check, I suggest contacting their local post office to get their GPS reading, as they can tell exact delivery location which often helps to find a mis-delivered package. I may not give straight refund without any questions asked, but When the suggested steps still don't work, please rest assured that I stay in touch with the customer and try to work it out until their issue solves. Customers satisfaction is always my priority.
