Vintage clothing shop with an eye for quality and well-made pieces

Golden Crane Vintage was created in 2012 by Lucía García, a vintage enthusiast and collector raised by two antiques dealers.

Based in Madrid, Golden Crane Vintage celebrates a timeless and classic style with touches of modernity,romance and femininity,enriched with the soul and story behind our vintage and antique pieces.

Our collection covers a wide range of eras,with an eye for fashion relevancy,quality materials and well-made pieces.

In contrast to the “fast fashion” concept, our process remains the same: detailed,slow and delicate.Each piece is carefully hand picked,repaired and cleaned, so that our costumers can continue with the recycling game by owning a unique vintage garment.

We like to think of our pieces as small bits of history that connect us with the past in a very beautiful way, while at the same time they invite us to continue adding experiences to them in the present.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
SPAIN & EU RETURN POLICIES
Our standard right of return or exchange is subject to the following conditions:

Item must be in original condition, with its tags attached.
Please, be sure to send your package using a secure traceable method.
In case you would like to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must send us a withdrawal form too, duly completed and signed.

Right To Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to cancel the buying contract with Golden Crane Vintage in the following 14 natural days since package was received.*

To exercise this right, buyers must notify their decision through a letter, form or by e-mail.

If a buyer exercises his right to withdrawal within the stipulated time frame, we will proceed with refund of the total amount, shipping costs included. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Golden Crane Vintage is not responsible for lost returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*In case of Layaway Plans, those 14 natural days count since 15% deposit has been paid. Please understand that this payment plan can be extended up to a half and a month.

Exchanges

Buyer has the right to exchange an item in the following 14 natural days since package was received. Once received, we will send you a coupon code for store credit with the total amount. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Returns

Though all sales are considered final, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, only if there was a very significant error / flaw in the listing.

Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Item must be delivered at our offices within 14 natural days since buyer contacted us to return the item.

If a buyer contact us and returns the item within the stipulated time frame, we will proceed with refund of the total amount, both shipping costs included. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to exchange an item. Item must be shipped back to our office within 48 hours of delivery and a shipping receipt must be sent to hello [!at] goldencranevintage.com as proof. Package must be delivered at our offices in the following 14 days.Once received, we will send you a coupon code for store credit minus the shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are not possible when paying by a layaway plan.

How we do it?

Most orders will ship out within 2 or 3 days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

All orders will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide Shipping.

How long does it take?

Pretty fast! Orders are generally delivered within 3-8 business days from the ship date.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs
Additional policies and FAQs
Layaway is only available for Items over 180€

First, contact us and let us know the item or items you would like to place on Layaway.
A 15% non-refundable* deposit is required to pay by Layaway method.
Once 15% deposit is paid, items will be marked on Layaway to avoid purchases from other customers.
Payments should be weekly. For orders from 180€ to 250€, you can pay by 4 installments maximum. For orders over 250€, we extend the payment to 6 installments.

*This is not applicable to EU and SPAIN customers as long as they follow our right of withdrawal conditions.

Cancellations
SPAIN & EU

We do our best to understand our customers, but please understand too that this is a small business. Vintage clothing is very special. Each item is unique, with its specific measurements,sizing and characteristics. Sometimes it takes ages to find a new home for those cancelled layaways.

Customers can cancel within 14 days since deposit was paid with no charges*.

If a buyer cancels a layaway after 14 natural days, Golden Crane Vintage would keep the non-refundable 15% deposit.

* Please, follow our right of withdrawal conditions.

OTHER COUNTRIES

We do our best to understand our customers, but please understand too that this is a small business. Vintage clothing is very special. Each item is unique, with its specific measurements,sizing and characteristics. Sometimes it takes ages to find a new home for those cancelled layaways.

A cancellation is always subject to the following conditions:

If a buyer cancels a layaway within 6 days, Golden Crane Vintage would keep that non-refundable 15%
If a buyer decides to cancel a layaway after 1st installment payment,we will charge you a 5% extra (20% in total).
If a buyer decides to cancel a layaway after that, we will charge an additional 5% for each installment. (For example, if you cancel your layaway after 3rd installment has been paid, we will charge you the non-refundable 15% and also + 5% + 5% + 5% = 30% in total)
