Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchange details
Returns are not accepted but please contact me if there's a problem with your order. In the event we agree on a return the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is mine. Item must be postmarked within 3 days of initial delivery and the item must be unopened, unused and in original condition for resale. Refund, less original shipping, will be issued when item is delivered back to me. Please keep your tracking #. Used, open or items damaged after delivery to customer or during return shipping will not be refunded.
Tracking says my order has been delivered, but it didn't come to my address. What do I do?
In the event your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please let me know within 2 days so I can file a report with USPS or UPS to try and locate your package through GPS tracking. Waiting longer drastically decreases the chances of your package being located and retrieved and I won't be able to replace though I'll still file the misdelivered report with USPS for you.
