PayPal is the only payment method I accept, however you don't need an account to pay for your purchases. You can use PayPal Secure Payment Gateway to pay with your credit card.

Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 5 business days after you place your order. If you need your order by a certain date, please allow plenty of time for delivery, I suggest ordering 3 weeks prior to the date needed.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with Slovenia Post Registered Mail to the address provided by Etsy.

Estimated delivery times are:

SLOVENIA: 1-2 business days
EU: 3-8 business days
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 8-15 business days.

If you need express delivery (DHL) or insurance, please inform me about shipping upgrades before paying as there will be additional shipping costs.

International orders may take longer to receive depending on whether or not they are held up in customs. International shipping charges cover only the cost of airmail and do not include any additional fees or taxes your government or postal service may assess upon delivery. I cannot be responsible for products confiscated by your government.

Sometimes postal centers are guilty of mis-sorting and this can result in a delayed parcel. Unfortunately if this happens you are simply unlucky and I do not compensate for this as it is beyond my control.
