‼️ I asked the shop owner to cancel the order to due unforeseen& unfortunate financial problems due to family emergencies. I’m not sure if I was this clear with owner. The owner stated it had been shipped so they did not have the power to do so. Understandable. Never received the package and owner notified me that it returned back to them. This has never happened to me on ANY online purchases (Etsy, Ulta, Amazon, Target, Khols, etc.) so I inquired why. I’ve been ignored multiple times now. I sincerely want to know why because I was going to impartially review the product regardless…with no intention of sending it back because I support small biz. Customer service is second to worst I have experienced. I cannot rate the product quality or shipping because the owner’s disregard for my concerns was dismissed. Do not order!‼️
