If you are looking for unique favours or gifts we can work with you to create something truly exceptional. All of our products are expertly made with real wood, jute twine, and embellishments hand selected to add charm to each theme.
No matter the occasion, whether it is for a wedding reception, bridal shower, baby shower, or other special event we will lovingly create decorations and accents to match your personality.
We engrave and cut natural wood products, so we take time to select grains that show the engraving to its best standards. As wood does have a smell please bare in mind any purchases may smell after being contained inside packaging to yourself.

Payment is due at the time of order, and MantaMakesLtd reserves the right to cancel a transaction if payment does not clear within seven (7) days of order placement.

Shipping
UK deliveries are also experiencing delays, so please allow 10 days from dispatch before messaging us about your order. If you need something in the next week, please message us BEFORE placing your order to arrange this.
MantaMakesLtd ships using Royal Mail for all packages.
All shipping quotes include insurance and a tracking number, and we ship domestically within the UK and to a select number of international destinations.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
UK - 1 week
International - Up to 14 working days (at peak times, international deliveries may be turned off so that we can concentrate on UK orders)

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct shipping address at the time of order placement, and MantaMakesLtd is released from any liability should the customer order with an incorrect address.
MantaMakesLtd is released from liability for delays in shipping once a package has left our care. We are unable to control shipping factors such as weather, staffing errors, or delays and by purchasing a product from MantaMakesLtd, the customer recognizes that all shipping profiles are estimates and not guarantees of time.
Any customers purchasing from MantaMakesLtd that are not located within the UK may be responsible for additional taxes and import fees as determined by their country. We are unable to pay for these additional fees and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are uncertain regarding whether or not your country charges import fees, please check with your national mail carrier prior to purchase.

The preferred method of contact is Etsy conversation as per the Etsy Terms of Service. If you have a file or logo to send us, please message us via Etsy conversation and we will send you our designer's email address.
From the time of ordering, there is a 12 HOUR WINDOW for any changes to be made. Please message us asap if you notice a mistake in your personalisation or address. After the 12 HOURS have elapsed, I'm afraid we will be unable to make any alterations as your order will have joined our print queue. We are printing items round the clock to get them to you on time!
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for correspondence. We strive for quick communication, but this may be delayed after hours or on weekends or holidays.

We do not engrave on both sides only single sided engraving is completed.
