2.1: These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between on the one hand the company Manuela Biocca, marketing its creations of fashion accessories, and on the other hand the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.manuelabiocca.com/shop or ancillary sites, whether the buyer is professional or individual. The acceptance of the general conditions of sale, and therefore the acceptance of the rights and duties of the parties, has the value of signature, expressly binding them.

3.2: These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks, clearly specified on the product sheets, products being in single pieces or limited series. These goods can already be in stock or made to order.
3.3: Each product is accompanied by a detailed description presenting the product, its technical and visual specificities, necessary for the purchase of Manuela Biocca creations.
The photographs of the site have been produced in order to best restore the appearance of the products but can in no way ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to the colors that may vary from one screen to another. It is your responsibility to adjust your screen in order to have the best possible visual of the products and the site by means of a calibration probe and / or a contrast and color grid such as the one below www.photographe-de-mode.com/calibration-ecran.htm.

6.1: The price is due at the time of ordering.
6.2: Payments will be made through PayPal; they will be carried out through the secure system that uses the SSL protocol "Secure Socket Layer" so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
The bank information is not stored under any circumstances and you will have to re-enter it during your next order.

The shipment will be made by registered colissimo, which guarantees the security of the shipment thanks to its tracking number and its delivery against signature.
8.2: Shipments outside France are made by colissimo international, which guarantees the security of the shipment thanks to its tracking number and its delivery against signature. Shipping costs outside France, Andorra or Monaco are calculated according to the weight of the package sent and the country of destination of the package.

Orders placed outside France may be subject to customs fees. It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves of applicable duties and taxes. ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY AND GEOGRAPHICAL AREA:
9.1: Deliveries are made to metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco, as well as to most of the world.
9.2: Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering by the customer which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
9.3: Most of Manuela Biocca's creations are made to order:
The item will be shipped to you after a period of 7 working days of manufacture from the day of the order for all items except Victorian jewelry, hair accessories and hand jewelry whose manufacturing time is 3 working days.
If the order requests the manufacture of several items, Manuela Biocca will extend its manufacturing time to 10 working days and 7 working days for Victorian jewelry, hair accessories and hand jewelry.
9.4: The deadlines mentioned above do not take into account the delivery times of the products from the manufacturing premises to the place of delivery chosen by the customer.
La Poste announces the following deadlines: 48 hours for France, Andorra and Monaco, 6 to 8 working days for delivery to the DOM-TOM, 5/10 working days to the countries of the European Union and the rest of the world.
These deadlines are indicative. A delay in delivery of the order due to the carrier cannot be attributed to Manuela Biocca. No order can be canceled on this ground.
9.5: The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Manuela Biocca.
