We ship every Tuesday. Customs fees on international orders are not covered by your shipping payment.

We design aromatherapy necklaces and bracelets made of natural amber, precious gemstones, volcanic rock, and wood. Our jewelry is both beautiful and functional.
We also manufacture and sell anti-aging organic lip balms made with organic cocoa and shea butters, hemp oil and antioxidants.

Care instructions
Please remove our jewelry before performing physical activity such as exercising (including swimming), house cleaning, gardening, and cooking. Cord necklaces have a short lifespan compared to sterling silver chain. Check your jewelry for loose stones, wear and damage often. Take to a jewelry repair shop if required.
Special care for amber and natural stone jewelry is required.
Amber is a soft and can scratch easily. Avoid heavy physical activity like exercising (including swimming), and housecleaning. Amber and stone jewelry is naturally porous and can discolor with oils and UV light. Take off your jewelry every night, give it a wipe with a damp paper towel. Store it in a Ziploc plastic bag and place in light free box or drawer.

If you wish to buy multiples of items and would like to have the shipping grouped together to save on shipping fees, please contact me and I will create a custom order.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
Please repack the returned item in the original packing material. The item must be shipped using a tracking method, such as USPS First Class Package, as the items we sell in our shop are too big to fit in a standard paper envelope and will be refused at the post office. Please inquire about our return shipping label service. We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving returned item.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange your purchased item. Please purchase the desired item from our store. We ship out the item between 2 to 7 business days. Mail the returned item using original packing material. Inquire about our return shipping label service. We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
International Orders not Covered by Etsy Shipping
Custom fees are not covered by your shipping payment. Please visit your local post office to learn more about your country 's customs fees.
International orders that Etsy shipping service does not cover will require additional fees to pay for a FedEx shipment and insurance. If you chose not to insure your package or if there is no shipping insurance offered to your destination, and the package is lost, it is declared a total loss and there is no refund owed to you for the item or the shipping.
