Custom and personalized orders

I will be happy to accept any custom orders of paper mache lamps or other similar paper mache items.

Item broken during transit

If you notice the package has been damaged or opened and if the content has also been damaged during transit, you need to alert the mail delivery driver and file a complaint with the delivery company as soon as possible. You will then be required to give them the item and the packaging for inspection. Don't forget to also take detailed photos of the damage on the item and the package and send them to me. I will then file a complaint with the shipping company as well, since we both have to file a coplaint but it is very important that you are the first to do it.
I kindly ask you to follow the instructions above if you receive a broken item, and then I will be able to offer you a replacement or fully refund you.

Sensitivities, Allergies to the Smell of Paint

Please take note that I use paints and varnishes in some lampshade designs (the black lampshade and some custom order lampshades) that may give off smells at the beginning, especially if the pendant light has been packaged up for a long time during transport.
These substances are: drying medium for oil paints, golden or silver acrylic paint, acrylic varnish.
