Shipping

Maple Cord Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once we hand the item over to the mailing system.
Customs and Duties

Loss of Items
If the package after 35 days from date of shipment,has not arrived please visit your local post office.
If your package is not in your post office, please message us and we will do our best to help.
Please note, that we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged packages from the mail carriers.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders take 1-2 weeks in processing time as they are made to order. This allows us to properly create your one of a kind product. If your order is time sensitive, please message us, as we do not want you to be disappointment with processing/shipment times.
Sizing details
We do our best in our product photos to represent the colours and sizing of the items. Please note that there is a chance of slight color variation due to monitor and display settings.
Care instructions
We suggest keeping your items away from cleaners, hand sanitizers, lotions, as it may harm the materials. Spot clean when needed with water.
