Where Creativity Becomes a Legacy.
Quilting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, my mother would take me to our local quilt shop, where I fell in love with the beautiful fabrics, colorful threads, and endless creativity. That love of quilting began with my grandmother and was passed down through my mother, who taught me the joy of sewing.
Combining my technical writing background with a lifelong passion for quilting, I design quilt patterns that are clear, easy to follow, and enjoyable to make for quilters of all skill levels. My designs have been featured in Today's Quilter magazine, Quilting Digest, Quilting Summit 2021, and Quilting Summit 2022.
Today, I feel incredibly blessed to share my passion with quilters around the world through Maple Cottage Designs. Whether you're making your very first quilt or have been quilting for years, my hope is that you'll find inspiration, confidence, and joy in every pattern.
