As this was NOT the fault of her in any capacity but the fault of USPS. She graciously sent me another necklace- no problem, no question. Completely blown away and thankful there are still incredible people out there during these difficult times. Forever a customer!

However, Humairaa was great in keeping in contact with me to resend the items. Overall, the necklaces were worth the wait - they are dainty, sleek, and the initial in the bar make it personalized! Great price for a great product

4 out of 5 starsThe necklace is very pretty and the person I gave it to says she loves it, but this order took forever—WAY beyond the stated shop TAT. I ordered on Dec. 15, 2020, with the understanding that this necklace would show up after the holidays. However, I did not expect for it to show up today, Feb. 17, 2021! That's 65 days! I ordered things direct from China during the same period and had them arrive faster.
I don't mind a long TAT for handmade items, but I do want clear communication so I can set my expectations accordingly. Maple Leaf Jewelry sent me a message after I purchased saying it would take 3–5 business days to get ready to ship + shipping time of 2–8 business days to the USA (4–15 days everywhere else). Counting the most days I was quoted, this necklace should have been delivered in 13 business days. Oooof. -
