Frequently asked questions
How do I add art to my Frame TV?
Here are some helpful links for adding your downloaded art to your Samsung Frame TV! Unfortunately we are not able to offer tech support, but there are plenty of helpful resources online.

Where should I print my art?
You can print at home, locally or through and online print shop.
I recommend using a professional printing service for the best results!
If you choose to print from home, please note that colours may vary.
I also recommend printing on a textured paper, such as bamboo, linen card stock or fine art paper. For a more cost effective option, print on matte photo paper or matte card stock.
