Artists Bio
I started studying in ceramics while living abroad in both Asia and the Middle East.

The spark of my interest in exploring clay was found in Asia after visiting many of the potteries and ceramic museums during our 2-year tenure in Taipei. This interest was solidified after moving to the Middle East and studying with several accomplished potters during our 6-year stay. Israel was a launching point to exploring ancient cultures and the early examples of ceramics that they produced

In 2004, after moving back to Canada, I found that the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis were starting to affect my work. It quickly became almost impossible to work the clay. I thought that my passion was lost to me.

In the fall of 2009, a news report was aired on a new experimental treatment for MS and after, many months researching this new theory I decided to pursue it. On Aug 4, 2010 I traveled to the US for the procedure. Success! I have gained significant improvements; the results truly have been miraculous.

The Liberation Treatment has given me the ability to again pursue my passion.
I am so very happy to share with you my rekindled love affair with clay.

I am now located in my hometown of Hudson, Quebec.

Aspiring to new visions and challenges. My Maple leaf pieces are inspired by the beautiful local environment and my Rainbow Trout pieces have been inspired by my son who is an avid fly fisherman.

Enjoy your pots!

Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make sure that the photograph of the piece that you have purchased is true to color but each computer monitor tends to be a little different.
Slight variations in color are likely.

Since each piece of my pottery is individually handmade and high fired, small variations in glazes are also to be expected.

I hope that you understand and appreciate this uniqueness. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, once you have it in your hands, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs), within 7 days of receipt. After the pottery is returned intact, I will issue the refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please be sure to repack the item(s) as carefully as they were shipped to you. Refunds can only be given for items returned in the same condition as they were shipped.

If an item happens to arrive damaged or broken, please contact me immediately. I will need proof of the item's condition upon arrival, in order to file an insurance claim. Please keep the box and contents together for inspection. If your damaged item was shipped via USPS, they require you to handle the claim. I can remake a piece, but it will not be exactly the same because all of my pieces are created individually by hand. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my work.
