{Our Process and Materials}
Maple Spring Soap Co. only uses reputable vendors in the industry to purchase our materials. We take great care to use local and nationwide vendors that are CRUELTY FREE. Our products are test on humans, not animals. We do not use fillers in our products. We take pride in offering stellar ingredients and product to our customers.

{If you are Sending this Purchase to Someone Other Than Yourself}

+ Please make sure when checking out your purchase that the shipping address is correct before you submit your order, particularly if your item is going to an address other than yours. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information entered at the purchase point.

+ If you realize you entered the wrong recipient address, message us as soon as possible so we can make the change before the order ships out. If you do not get ahold of us to have us change the address before the item(s) is shipped out, we will ship out a new package when the previous package has been returned by USPS. However, the customer will be required to pay shipping for the 2nd shipment if this occurs.

{Shipping}
We guarantee shipping time but not delivery time once your package is dropped off at USPS. Etsy takes the shipping window of a listed item and estimates when you will receive it in the middle of the possible expected delivery date. We strive to ship out early if our order load allows, but we will always ship by the last possible shipping date. If there is a problem getting your order out on time (which is very rare), we will contact you.

{Refunds}
Customers have up until 24 hours after purchasing an item to cancel the order if needed.

If the customer receives a damaged item, pictures need to be taken of the damaged box and items and uploaded to the seller in a message. The seller realizes this is not ideal if the customer purchased this item as a gift, but proof of damage needs to be given to USPS in order for the seller's claim to be made and accepted. Every order includes the seller's Etsy shop information so either the purchaser or recipient of a gift can easily find us an message us directly on Etsy.

Refunds are not given if the recipient does not like the fragrance or appearance of the items. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions of the products, packaging, and the fragrances used in them to ensure the customer has the best information to make an educated decision when purchasing.

We ship Priority Mail through USPS. The postal service ESTIMATES it takes 2-4 business days for Priority Mail to arrive at its destination, but they do not guarantee that time frame. Please Google shipping delays in your area if you are on a tight time restraint with receiving your purchase.
Priority Mail with USPS carries $100 insurance on each package.

As with any skincare item, please consult your physician and patch test all products prior to regular use. We make no medical claims in regards to any of our products.
