Hello, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Tracy, and I'm a wife, mom, and avid photographer. I am constantly looking around, imagining how my camera would capture the scene in front of me. I'm happy to accept payment via PayPal, Credit Cards or Etsy Gift Cards. Your order begins once payment has been received. Therefore, if you have any questions, please contact me ASAP so that they may be addressed in a timely fashion.
Q: WHEN will my order ship?
A: All items are made-to-order, and I submit the order to my professional printing service the same day your order is placed. The printing service ships their items within two days.

Q: HOW will it ship?
A: In order to expedite the process, all items will be drop shipped directly from my professional printing service. I will update your status with their USPS tracking number as soon as it is provided to me. Exciting stuff!

Q: WHERE will it ship?
A: To the address on your Etsy invoice. If you would like it shipped to a different address than what appears on your Etsy account, please notify me in "Notes to Seller".

Q: WHEN will I receive my order?
All orders placed in the United States and Puerto Rico should arrive in six (6) business days. All Canadian orders should arrive in seventeen (17) business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are custom-made to order (not stock). Therefore, please carefully consider your purchase, including size, arrival time, etc., before ordering.

I accept returns/exchanges if I accidentally sent the wrong item. I am unable to accept returns/exchanges if you purchased the wrong size, did not correctly read the listing description or changed your mind.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If an item arrives damaged, I will work with you to refund or replace it. Arrangements for refund or replacement must be made prior to the item being sent back. In the rare instance that your item is mishandled by the carrier during shipping, please send me a photograph of the damage and we can discuss replacement arrangements.
