Will my rug shed?

A little shedding is normal at first for wool rugs and will reduce over time. For best results, we recommend avoiding high-traffic areas during the initial shedding period.

Are your rugs handmade or machine-made?

Our rugs are fully handmade by skilled artisans, with every step crafted carefully and individually.

Why is my rug a little bit smaller?

Since our rugs are handmade, slight size variations are to be expected. The final size MAY vary by ±2 inches from the listed dimensions. This slight difference is inherent in handcrafted items.
