Framed product sizes
For framed posters, the listed sizes are the total dimensions of the finished product. The print itself will be slightly smaller.
For unframed posters, the listed sizes are true to the selected size.
We also offer custom sizing and special prices for bulk orders. Please contact us to get more information about pricing for custom sizes.
Do orders come with tracking information?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive when the order is completed. You will also receive an email from Etsy with the tracking information.
For orders with multiple larger-sized products, they may be shipped in separate boxes rather than one package. It is possible for the boxes to arrive within an interval of a few days. Each box has a separate tracking number, which will be visible in the order details once your order ships.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24 hour period, it is highly likely that the production has already started and cancellation is no longer possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or associated fees.
If the item is not damaged and the customer simply changes their mind about the purchase, we do not provide refunds for returned items in this case. Make sure you're certain about your purchase before completing your order.
What if my print arrives damaged or gets lost?
In case of the order getting lost or damaged in transit, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. If the order is lost in transit, we kindly ask to check if the delivery address in the initial order is correct before requesting a replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly request that you provide clear photos of the damage. This helps us assess the issue, prevent it from happening in the future, and ensure a smooth replacement process for you.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
For orders shipped to the USA and EU countries, no additional import taxes will be required. However, for orders shipped to countries with import taxes on foreign goods, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees upon delivery.
Custom and personalized orders
After you've placed an order with us, you will receive previews of your custom designs within 24 hours. Please note that if we do not receive approval within 3 days, we will proceed with production, regardless of the design being approved or not.
Once a design is approved, refunds or returns will not be accepted, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the design.
Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns on personalized orders.
