5 out of 5 starsHad a hiccup in delivery due to USPS mischief, but finally came through well packaged with nice raw wool, clean, soft, with reasonable staple length and no weak spots.

1 out of 5 starsBuyer Beware! I could handle the dirt, I wasn't surprised by the grease, the sticks could be picked out, but it wasn't until I was hand-fluffing the washed fleece that I met tiny cactus spines! The price is really reasonable! Now I know why. So sorry for both of us.

4 out of 5 starsVery fine. Washed up well, brilliant white. Due to fineness and respective short staple, a great Summer past time to prepare for spinning.

5 out of 5 starsThis fleece is very, very soft and the staple length is long throughout which surprised me. There is some vm but for the price it's fine.I am looking forward to washing it and preparing it for spinning. the only concern I have is the tips are a bit dry and stuck together but I'm hoping after washing they will come apart easily. I'm happy I took the plunge and purchased this wool. it's a breed I've never experienced before and it seems lovely.

5 out of 5 starsthe fleece was brilliantly white once washed. the crimp is even and the staple is sound. it came clean with very little effort on my end. There was a bit of vm that needed to be handled in the portion I've washed so far, but nothing crazy.

5 out of 5 starsI’m really pleased with the quality of this fleece so far! I bought two pounds and am impressed with how nicely shorn it came—little to no second cuts, intact and prettily crimped locks. I just washed about half a pound (two washes, two rinses, and a good long dry time). There is some VM, but it’s small and relatively easy to flick out. Washes up very clean and springy. Can’t wait to process more and get started spinning! Would definitely consider repurchasing.

2 out of 5 starsMy first (and last) time attempting this breed of wool. I have had good results with Merino, and assumed this would be somewhat similar. I’m disappointed though. The fleece was shipped after 5 business days and arrived quickly. However, it was also unexpected because no tracking number had been sent. The cut ends were soft and clean (as expected). The rest of the fleece though was hard, crispy, and just caked in hardened muck. Beneath the surface of that muck was an excessive amount of VM. I followed my usual process of shaking out any VM before soaking it, and a lot fell out, but there is still so much. Washing took multiple cold soaks before even attempting the scour stage due to the crispy locks. I am still picking VM out of the 2 ounces I washed. Not looking forward to processing the remainder of this wool.

1 out of 5 starsThe fleece was super soft, but absolutely riddled with scurf. I am really sad to see such a beautiful fleece go to waste.
