I am a wife and mom who loves to entertain! I have enjoyed creating party printables and styling parties to make them unique and memorable. I believe that all parties, especially parties for children, should be colorful, bright, and tasteful. Therefore, my collections will always reflect that.

My files are all PDF and are formatted on 8.5" x 11" pages. Select "8.5x11 borderless" when printing. Files need to be printed on a color HOME printer or at a PRINT SHOP such as Staples (not a photo lab unless stated). To open PDF files, you will need Adobe READER. It is free at www.adobe.com. Photo invitations are JPEG and can be printed at home or at a photo lab. There is a $4 charge for re-sizing your invitation, i.e. Vistaprint, or any other resizing. Prior to listing the printables, I test print ALL items on 2 different home printers (HP Officejet 6500 and HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium) using Staples brand MATTE photo paper.
All files will be sent to your Etsy account email address. If you do not see your file(s) within the turnaround time that was stated, please check spam/junk mail. If you wish to have files sent to an alternate address, please indicate that when purchasing. NOTE: if your Etsy email address is not correct, you may not receive your files as mentioned in our conversations. This may delay the delivery of your files. At this time, Marbella Printables does not provide printing/shipping/assembling services.
Due to the size, I use Hightail (file sharing) to send the majority of my files to customers. In my confirmation email, I will inform you of the EXPIRATION DATE. If you do not download and save the files to your computer prior to the expiration date, you will not have access to them. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND as I do not keep your files for more than 2 weeks after you receive them.
I will send your file via email within 3 BUSINESS days once payment is received. No items will be shipped-so no additional costs to you! TWO rounds of revisions are included with your purchase i.e. time, rsvp, address, or name/information changes. Any additional changes, i.e. font, color, are NOT included with your purchase. Additional changes AFTER the free 2 rounds, can be done for $5 as it will require extra design time. Changes do not apply to Instant Download or non-personalized files. Listings are sold "as is" and as shown. Font, color/patterns, design layout changes, etc. are NOT included in the listing price. Depending on the change(s) that you request, there MAY be an additional cost as design changes can vary and require extra time. Therefore, PLEASE ask before ordering.
In order to save time, I will email your printables as a high resolution file which is ready to be printed. If any revisions/corrections are needed, I will complete the changes and then email another high resolution file and will be ready to be printed!
All monitors, printers, and paper selection can vary the final outcome of your printables. All colors are tested and printed before the printables are listed. All colors remain unchanged and are consistent. I am not responsible for any variations when they are printed by you or by a print shop. If you find the colors are too dark/light, please check your printer settings or ask your print shop to change the "opacity". Sometimes changing this by 5-10% can provide you with the results you may be looking for. ***If you want to ensure the colors match your theme, please convo me prior to ordering and I will email the color swatches to you to print on the printer and paper that you plan on using.
***Any and/or additional changes/revisons may take 1-2 days extra to complete. This is dependent on my workload for the day. You may think a simple change may be easy to do, but it does require extra time in changing the layout, font size, etc. As well as designing, I answer many emails during the day, so this may add to the delay. Please be patient! If you are in a hurry, the rush fee policy will apply.
FONT AND COLOR CHANGES: For an invitation, it is a $3 change fee and $20 for a complete package. If you require these changes, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure the turn around time as it may take longer than 3 business days.
Rush orders can be done for $5 for an invitation( same day) and $10 for a package (within 24 hours).
*Work on your printables will only began once I have received receipt of payment.
The text on the printables is in English. I am happy to work with you if you require another language, however, additional time and fees will apply.
If you are planning on emailing a professional photograph to be used in an invitation, please check with the photographer's policy prior to doing so. Each photographer has various policies and may or may not allow you to use these photos. If you do email me a professional photograph, it is agreed that you have followed and understand the photographers policy. Marbella Designer Party Printables will NOT be responsible for any copyright infringements, etc.
No refunds on any products. Only printables are included with the listings. Party supplies, decor, props, etc. that are shown in photos are NOT included. Printables are not to be shared, sold, or distributed. These are for personal use only.
All files are NON-EDITABLE by customers.
Please allow up to 24 hours for an email or convo message to be returned. If you haven't received a response...don't worry, I will get back to you as soon as I can!
***Finally, customer service is absolutely important and a priority for me. I go out of my way to ensure all customers are respected and given the best service possible. I ask that you treat me with the same courtesy and respect. I maintain the right to cancel any transaction without notice or refunds if you are abusive, disrespectful, or insulting.

*tape, glue, 1 inch white label stickers to secure party circles to lollipop sticks
*ribbon, exacto knife or hole punch for banner
*A7 envelopes for 5x7 inch invitations
