All calligraphy services are done by hand, one by one. Each piece is original to you. All sales are FINAL. Any mistakes on our part will be fixed and shipped to you at no cost.

Payment must be received before we can place you on our calendar. If we do not hear back from you regarding payment or order confirmation within 3 days, your order may be pushed back pending other inquiries paying for the same time slot.

All orders will begin after payment is received in the order of PayPal.

Please allow 3 weeks for order completion. We recommend sending us your supplies (envelopes or preferred paper) as soon as possible in order to ensure the writing process can start on time.

Shipping will serviced by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Insurance on shipments upon request only after payment for this charge is received. We currently do not do international shipping.

Marcardin Calligraphy is not responsible for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping.

All materials and supplies are shipped to and from a secure address and worked on in a smoke-free enviroment.

While having many items listed, we also accept custom orders! Convo us to ensure we can accomodate your desires. Since this is partly your creation, all custom orders, poems, etc will be revised and sent to you electronically for proofing up to 2 times.

Since all calligraphy services are done by hand one by one, all sales are final. With handwritten items, no two pieces can be identical. This is where the love of hand written pieces trump machine printings. We personally love that you can feel the texture of the ink on paper! Because calligraphy is infact an artform, there is always the posibility in variation including by not limited to ink saturation, size, spacing and texture. To avoid costly mistakes, please proofread and check all guest lists, poems and any other documents that you will be providing. We address and write out exactly what you provide to us. Please submit all lists and info in Word Document or Excel spreadsheet form. Any mistakes made on our part will be added to order at no cost. Not sure how to address your envelopes? Buyer supplies all envelopes, name cards, escort cards, and preferred paper if wanting table numbers or poems on a specific paper. Buyer pays for this shipping. Because everything is hand written, there is occasional human error. Please provide 20% additional supplies for any spoilage. Any unused supplies will be shipped back to you. This also helps if you have last minute additions. Additions will be charged accordingly.

Calligraphy samples will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.
