Creating things has been an important piece of the puzzle that makes me, me since I was a young child. Growing up, I always intended on being an artist of some sort, experimenting in all mediums along the way. Encouraging parents and art teachers gave me the freedom to choose my path, and make it happen. I attended art school, got a formal education in Illustration and Print Making.

Pretty You Designs was born not too long after, a desire to create something pretty, every day needed to be nurtured. An obsession with vintage, nostalgic designs is apparent in most of the work I create.

Often, deadstock vintage materials are incorporated creating unique and stylish jewelry.

Each piece is made with love and attention to detail. I work full time designing jewelry, creating art and running an online jewelry supply shop with the most interesting and lovely jewelry making supplies my husband and I can find.

I like to make lots of things, including but not limited to: jewelry, screen printed goods, cookies, paper airplanes with my little ones, and illustrations.

My jewelry designs have been published in jewelry publications such as Stringing, and Bead Style Magazine.
