About

Vintage treasures inspired by a life well lived.

Welcome to MargieBee. I'm so glad you're here.

As a child, my mom Margie was nicknamed Margie B. Now in her 80s, she suffers from Alzheimers, yet her determination continues to inspire. She has always loved pretty things, and in honor of her, MargieBee seemed like the perfect name for my shop. I hope you'll love these vintage items as much as I do. After all, good memories and classic style never grow old.

"People don't understand Alzheimers Disease. They think if you have it you're stupid. I'm not stupid. I just forget things." - MargieB

Every item you see has been hand picked for the MargieBee collection. Their well-worn patina only adds to their charm. I scour local markets and estate sales each week looking for these forgotten treasures. Buy with confidence; each product is researched before listing.

Browse the shop and see all MargieBee has to offer. And you're in luck...what's listed here is only a small part of the collection! If you're looking for something special, let me know. I might have just what you're looking for.

About Me:
By day I’m an art director and photographer and consider myself blessed to work in a profession that I love. I’m passionate about design, still life photography and my family.

Things I love: Aged metal, white stoneware, fine linen, soft cotton, vintage china, vintage wood.

Shipping
I ship all items via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise stated) within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment.

I ship to your listed etsy address. so, please make sure your address is correct and up to date.

Any items that are breakable and/or cost over $25 include insurance against loss or damage in the shipping quote.

Shipping prices listed are calculated from east to west coast, therefore, any differences over two dollars between what I charge you for shipping and what I've been charged for shipping will be refunded via PayPal.

I use new priority mail or clean recycled boxes; whichever will calculate the lowest shipping price. Packing materials are recycled and clean to be economical and to save the landfill.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
International sales are on a case by case basis. If you're not in the US and you're interested in an item, send me a message and let's discuss.

If you are international and you buy from me, you are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST/PST, taxes, etc. and this is not included in my prices. Please make allowances for this before you purchase.

If an item gets left in customs and is not picked up and is returned to me, your order will be cancelled and the item cost refunded to you less shipping, packaging that cannot be reused, and any fees that I won't get refunded.

Shipments can take longer during holidays or adverse weather. During the Christmas buying season USPS First Class International can take as long as 4-6 weeks when the holiday rush happenes during adverse weather (even Santa couldn't help me speed things up!).

The general rule of thumb is the faster the service, the more it will cost. Please remember that transit times and postage costs are beyond my control.
