Announcement   All items are handmade by me and ready to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Glass jewelry, Glassware, Paperweights, Marbles, Necklaces, Earrings, Pendants, Rings, Cuff links all hand made in Sweden and shipped all over the world.

I have been fascinated by glass and semi-precious stones since childhood - over time this has given me the desire to create beautiful jewelry.

After training as a glassblower at the renowned Kosta Glass School in Sweden, I have developed my work as a practicing craftsperson for more than 25 years. As well as making unique, freehand glass pieces using a range of techniques and in many sizes, I am also able to share my experience as a teacher at " Riksglasskolan" - The National School of Glass in Sweden.

Discovering bead flameworking and glass fusing in recent years, I have found even more ways to express my ideas for glass jewellery.

I take great care in selecting only the best of materials to create beads and fused pieces, and all of my work is assembled with sterling silver findings. I also take commissions and would welcome any enquiries!

Growing up in Denmark and now living deep in the Swedish forest with my husband and four children, I have been constantly influenced by the beauty of the natural environment around me - I hope you see this reflected in the pieces I have created.

Thanks for looking!

Wish you all the best

Marianne is amazing! She was so quick to get back to me & was kind enough to make a personalized order for me. The pearls I received were well protected and in a cute little box. She was so sweet to include a hand written message & it truly made me smile. I cannot wait to purchase from you again, Ms. Marianne.. thank you so much!

About

A facinating material...

I have always been fascinated with the material glass and decided to move from Denmark to Sweden in 1988 to join the International School of Glass in Kosta.
I realized that there was so much more to learn about the craftsmanship of glassblowing after two years of training and I decided to stay a little longer..
I am still here - nearly 30 years later!

I now teach students from all over the world the craft of glassblowing at the National School of Glass in Pukeberg Nybro.

Besides teaching I also design and blow my own artwork.

I started making jewellery 18 years ago when I had my first children (twins) as I didn't have the possibility of blowing glass - but still needed to be creative...

Some years later I discovered lampworking and bead making which enabled me to work at home and with the material I love! I tested fusing as well and thought it would be a good complement to the jewelry making.

I very much enjoy making my jewelry and create each item with great care and love.
I hope that you will enjoy them just as much wearing them! Thanks for looking!

I have been fascinated with natural stones and glass since my childhood. I have been a glassblower for over 20 years but also have a passion for creating beautiful jewellery.

My glass and stone jewellery is all handmade by myself. I started 15 years ago - mixing and combining different natural stones, fresh water pearls and sterling silver. Now I also make my own lampworked glass beads to create jewellery from.

I am always finding new design ideas and find inspiration from discovering new materials. I am also happy to customise pieces - just let me know your colour and size preferences and I can create your own personalised jewellery!
