Our mission is to provide beautiful affordable accessories without compromising on quality. Everything you see is handmade and can be customized to suit your needs. Understand that all our items are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks or more to produce before it can be shipped so please pay attention to the processing time before you place your order to make sure that timeframe works for you. Welcome

Welcome to our shop. My daughter and I make all the bridal accessories you see here. We look forward to making you something special that will become a treasured remnant of your wedding day. Most of our designs have that "something old and something new" since we often include repurposed materials in our creations. All the items listed are samples of our work. Our products are made to order so therefore take 1-2 weeks for production. Please note that with handmade items they will vary slightly from the picture.

Payment

We accept PayPay and Direct Checkout.

When you make a purchase, you have 72 hours to make your payment before the item is re-listed.

Shipping

MAILING ADDRESS: Packages are sent to the address associated with the one registered with Etsy. Please make sure the address is correct when you order. If you would like an item sent to an alternative address please inform me when ordering by leaving a message in the "note to seller" box.

If the initial address you provide is incorrect and the item is returned to the shop, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost to ship the item a second time.

PRODUCTION TIMING: During most of the year, our production is about 1-2 wks depending on the work involved and availability of materials to produce a piece. It is always our goal to meet the deadline stated and we often do. During the busy wedding season ( April-August ), due to the large volume of orders, our production timing of custom orders can be in the 3-4 week range. Please plan ahead and save us both from stress. This is especially important for my international clients due to the length of the shipping process.

BOUQUET ORDERS: Due to the time involved in making fabric bouquets I can only make two single bridal bouquet orders per month and no more than one bridal party order each month so plan ahead if you want this item.

RUSH ORDERS: If you need a rush order, please message us BEFORE you place the order to ensure that we will be able to meet your deadline. Orders purchased without an agreement for a rushed date will be automatically cancelled. To save all of us from disappointment and worry, we will only commit to a rush order if we are confident that we have the ability to fulfill.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Because these are special occasion custom made items all sales are final. However, I strive to please my clients and will work with you to come up with a solution if you are unhappy with your purchase.

SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping. Once you receive notification that your order is ready to ship, your package should get to you anywhere in the US in 2-5 days, to Canada in 8-14 days and to anywhere else in about 2-3 weeks. You do get a tracking number to follow your package. Please understand that these are the shipping timelines provided by USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of the timing. Please allow yourself some wiggle room.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International buyers should please note that customs rules vary from country to country and you are responsible for any additional charges or duties that may apply. Also be aware that we can't control how long customs delays your package. Orders outside the country may take up to 14 days in addition to our production time of 1-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when you make your purchase. If you need something sooner please convo me when you place your order. Express shipping out of the U.S. can be expensive.


POSTAL DELAYS: Beyond purchasing the correct label and delivering the package to the post office in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for the postal service. If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to the USPS policies, that is an issue to address with your local post office.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 4 days of the USPS delivery date. Please mail the item back.

LOST IN THE MAIL: Although we cannot be responsible for the postal service, we do want you to end up with your lovely item. We will replace your order at no charge if the tracking number does not show as "delivered." An item is declared as "lost in the mail" if there is no activity on a tracking number for 45 days (eight weeks for international packages due to potential customs delays).


CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility.

CONFISCATED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: It is your responsibility as the importer to research your country's import laws and restrictions before placing an order. We will ensure proper customs declarations are submitted when shipping all items but will not be responsible for items confiscated by customs officials due to import violations.



Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be happy with their purchases but due to the nature of the items I sell, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please contact me. I will work with you to find a solution.

EXCHANGES:
The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the refund or exchange. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. You must notify me within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date if there is an issue with your order. Custom orders are not refundable.

Headpieces can not be exchanged. I will not re-sell an item to another customer that someone else has worn.

If you need to exchange an item because it was not the color you expected all shipping charges incurred due to the exchange of the item will be your responsibility. We offer the opprotunity to PURCHASE SAMPLES of all the sashes we sell so that you can be sure you are getting the color you want before commiting to purchasing a sash. So save yourself the time and money by simply buying a sample. Do not make the mistake of assuming all colors are the same.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item has been damaged in shipping I will replace it AFTER I receive the original item. Send me a photo of the damaged item as well as the condition of the package. The return package will need to be postmarked within 4 days of confirmed delivery.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders may have additional costs depending on the price of the materials. The product pictures are samples only. Items are made to order and can be produced within a 1-3 week period.More labor intensive items such as fabric bouquets may take 4-8 weeks depending on the quantity ordered. During the busy wedding season ( April -August) items may take up to 3-4 weeks to produce.
