What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Because all items are made to order and often personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and a solution will be provided.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production typically takes between 2-5 business days before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. If you are ordering for an event, it is recommended to order well in advance.
Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
While every effort is made to get orders out quickly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays. If you need an item for a specific event, please plan accordingly and order early.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Designs are printed, so effects such as textures or embossing are visual and not physical.
