1. HOW DOES IT WORKS?
1. After purchase, you can send me several pictures of the pet by clicking the contact seller button.
• I suggest a picture of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.
• Close-ups are better.
• Pet sitting up or standing up, rather than laying down.
• Bright lighting works the best (outside or bright rooms).
Let me know if you have specific needs (colors, size, etc).
2. I will send you a proof via email within 3 days after purchase.
Unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.
2. HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND?
It usually takes me 3 to 5 days to complete and send you the first version via email.
Then you can ask me for as many changes as you’d like. The time of completion will depends of the number of changes that you ask.

3. CAN YOU DO TWO PETS IN ONE PORTRAIT?
Yes, please check the "portrait of 2 or 4 pets" section
4. CAN YOU CREATE PORTRAITS OF PEOPLE?
No, I only create portraits of animals.
All animals are welcome: cats, rabbits, horses, etc!
5. WHAT ARE THE PRICES/SIZES FOR A CUSTOM PORTRAIT?
All of my listings are for custom portraits.
You can check the different sizes and prices using the drop-down menu at the right of each listing.
– CANVAS: available in size | 12x12 | 16x16 | 16x20 | 18x24 | 24x36
– WRAPS: available in size | 8x10 | 12x12 | 16x16 | 16x20 | 18x24 | 24x36
– PRINTS: available in size | 8x10 | 12x12 | 16x16 | 16x20
– DIGITAL: you will receive a JPEG and a PDF file. You will be able to use the PDF to print your portrait at any size without losing quality.
6. ARE IPHONE/SMARTPHONE’S PICTURES OKAY?
Yes they will be perfect!
• I suggest a picture of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.

7. I want to gift a friend so I only have access to pictures from FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM
No problem. Try to find a picture where the dog’s face is fully visible.
• I suggest a picture of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.
• Close-ups are better.
• Pet sitting up or standing up, rather than laying down.
• Bright lighting works the best (outside or bright rooms).
8. What does DIGITAL FILE EMAILED means?
You will receive a jpeg and a pdf file via email. You will be able to use the pdf to print your portrait at any size without losing quality.
9. What is the difference between POP ART COLORS and NATURAL COLORS?
– POP ART COLORS
I will create a custom portrait using bold pop art colors.
– NATURAL COLORS
I will create a custom portrait using the natural colors of your pet. It's more of a lifelike portrait.
10. Returns and exchange details
As my work is custom based on the customers own pictures, I cannot accept returns/exchanges (Article L 221-28, 3 ° of the French Consumer Code)
But please get in contact with me so we can try to resolve any issues.
For Prints and Canvases: those that are damaged during shipping or lost in transit will be replaced. Any and all claims that are requesting reprints must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving your order
