I was rather disappointed when I received the mittens. The workmanship was OK but the yarn used did not provide much warmth to my hands. The shipping was quick on the sellers end. I was contacted by the shop because she wanted me to be totally satisfied. I received a full refund which is something I did not expect. Great customer service!!!
