Payment
At this time, I accept PayPal as my only method of payment. I will ship your purchase within three days of receiving payment unless otherwise noted; please convo me if you expect delays in payment and would like to "hold" an item before paying/shipping. You may cancel your order up to the shipment date. Please see my return policy for orders you have already received.
Shipping
Artwork, especially large artwork, must be shipped with great care. I currently use FedEx Ground shipping, which typically delivers your purchase within 4 business days. All pieces are shipped flat in protective packaging. You may upgrade your shipping to receive your purchase earlier (up to 2nd day air) if the item is in stock -- please convo me for details. I am also open to discussing shipping insurance.

At this time I can only ship to buyers in the US and Canada. I hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future, so please convo me if you are an international buyer and would like a particular piece to be held for you!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If your order was processed incorrectly, or something is wrong with the product (creases, discoloration, etc) that was not the fault of the shipping company, I will refund the shipping costs of your return upon receipt of the product. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it in order for me to refund your shipping costs. If the shipping company loses or damages your purchase, I am unable to refund your purchase. Please consider upgrading your shipping to include insurance if this is a concern for you. Custom orders are non-refundable.

I run a very small operation. I am aware that the return window is narrow, but since these are art pieces that must be shipped and handled with care, a lot can happen to them between the time they are taken out of the package and when they are hung on a wall. Because of this, I encourage you to open your purchase immediately upon receiving it, to ensure that everything is exactly what you wanted!
