All our items are made to order. As stated in all our listings, some items may take 2-3 weeks to complete, while items that are listed as "Ready to Ship", will be sent out within 24-48 hours (Monday thru Friday).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, let me know immediately. Depending on the item that was ordered (excluding custom items), we might be able to exchange it within 3 days of receiving the package, please contact me for any other questions.

Custom orders are Non-Refundable. We try to insure that the custom item that was ordered is checked of on its entirety before being shipped out.

We are always willing to exchange the item if for some reason it was not the item originally ordered. Item must be returned within 3 days of delivery. The item/items purchased must be sent back in its original condition and package. Buyer must be aware that you are responsible for shipping charges.

We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.

**All California residents will be charged 8% tax
We ship using USPS Priority Mail with confirmation number. Average transit time is 2-4 days. Shipping price per item is $9.00, if more than 2 items are being purchased, please contact me so I can combine all items in the same package.
Items that are labeled as "ready to ship" with be sent out with 24-48 hours (Monday thru Friday). All other items, please read the description on each listing, delivery times vary form 2-4 weeks.
Once your item is shipped, you will automatically receive an email (or convo message) with the confirmation number, if for some reason it is not received, please contact me ASAP.


We ship USPS Priority International mail with confirmation number. The shipping rate can be changed upon buyers request and full responsibility, First class mail is much cheaper, you will not get a confirmation number, transit time for First class mail is approximately 10-20 days, priority mail is 6-10 days (this does not include any delay in customs).
Shipping can also be upgraded to Express mail, which transit time varies in each country (4-7 days).
Once your item is shipped, you will automatically receive an email (or convo message) with the confirmation number, if for some reason it is not received, please contact me ASAP. We will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen package. USPS also has an option for insurance, please contact me for rates.
