For personalized ID buckle collars, personalized ID buckle harnesses, plain buckle harness and leash are non refundable or exchange since these are made to order just for you.
There will be a fee for re-sizing. Width of the item need to be same as original. But length can be changed with fees as listed below.

If you would like to exchange item(s) please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned item for replacement item has to be new condition (unused, undamaged, same condition as when it was shipped) and return has to be made within 14 days of delivery date.
Exchange can be made one time only.
All shipping fee has to be paid by customer.
Custom made item(s) can not be exchanged or return. It will be a final sales.
There is a 25% of item you purchased as re-stocking fee for all return.
Refund will be made after I inspect returned item. If I determent your item was used, It will be sending back to you after receiving shipping fee from you.

Dog harness
There will be no exchange or return.
If you purchased wrong size item, I will do the repair for $15.00 per harness and width of the harness will be same as your original harness.
All shipping fee has to be paid by customer.

Custom made item(s) can not be returned for refund. It will be a final sales. But I will do repair if possible.

Sales of mask is final. There will be no return or exchange.

All our products are made to order for specifically for you and start making within few ours after I receive the order most of the time. so I am not able to accept order cancellation.

Package will be sent to your Etsy account address. Please make sure that your current address is updated.(If sent to wrong address, I can not be responsible for the package or for replacing your order)

Orders sent within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International orders are send via First Class International Mail, unless you want to upgrade to Priority Mail with tracking number or with insurance please contact me before payment and I will send you custom list with adjusted shipping cost.
If you choose not to insure your item in US or international, I can not be held responsible for lost or misplaced orders.

Please also note that Duties and Value Added-Taxes (VAT) may be required by your government for some countries outside the US and are the responsibility of the customer.

Washing Instructions
Collar, harness and leash can be hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle in cold water using a mild detergent in a garment bag and then hang to dry.

Additional Policies
While our products are durable, any item will eventually wear out. Please be a responsible and check the item regularly for signs of wear and tear. Marityn Dog shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or loss caused directly or indirectly by our products.
