The artwork is fine, but the seller is extremely rude. Would not recommend doing business with this person.

The poster got lost in the mail system due to an error at the post office. The vendor paid to have it shipped again and even included two extra copies! It was a gift for my brother and he absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!

What began as a hobby to earn some extra money on the side has become a career. I am thankful for every single person who visits my shop, for every "favorite," and, of course, every order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours. Every item is hand inspected and packaged. If you are unsatisfied with your product, or it arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.

Mark It Zero Art Studio is not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). Items that are delayed or damaged will be replaced as necessary. Refund requests are not accepted in these cases, so long as the order can be delivered within 10 business days of the original ship date for domestic orders, and 28 business days for international orders.

Mark It Zero Art Studio will make every effort to ensure proper delivery of all orders. In cases where this is not possible, full cost of orders will be refunded.

Mark It Zero Art Studio will refund orders, minus shipping cost, to customers who meet the criteria outlined above, but who's items have already been processed and prepared for printing, 24 hours after the placement of the order.

For your convenience, I offer both Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout as payment options. Note, however, that paying via Etsy's direct checkout adds one extra day of shipping/handling due to how it processes the funds. For faster results, use paypal.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY - DIGITAL PRINTS

STANDARD PROCESSING: Items ship in 5 to 8 business days.

RUSH PROCESSING: For an additional fee, Rush processing is available. Items ship in 1 business day.

Most items ship USPS, but occasionally items will ship UPS. Tracking information for USPS items will not always be immediately available. Items ship directly from the printing facility and I don't usually receive tracking information until the following business day. Please contact me if you have not received your item, or are simply interested in having the tracking information.

UPS delivery is always 5-7 business days. USPS delivery is 3-5 business days.

CANADA SHIPPING POLICY - DIGITAL PRINTS

For most situations, the Canadian policy mirrors the Domestic policy. Items will MOST OFTEN ship in the standard 5-8 business days. RUSH processing is technically available for Canadian post, but it is vastly more expensive. Please contact me if you want a quote.

The only difference is that the item must still clear Canadian Customs. More information about Customs can be found below.

Occasionally, Canadian orders will have to follow the International Policy. In these situations, I will contact the buyer and explain why your item will have to follow the International Shipping policy, which requires more time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY - DIGITAL PRINTS

My prints ship directly from the printing facility to US customers only. Because of this, international orders must first be shipped to my location. Upon arrival, I inspect the items and prepare them for international mail. These items ship USPS and then are handed over to your country's postal service.

Items require 5-8 business days to process and ship to me. Items typically arrive within 5 business days, but sometimes can take as much as 7.

I then inspect the item(s) and prepare the package for international post.

International Orders can take as little as 7 business days. However, the total shipping time is dependent entirely on the country of origin's CUSTOMS.

I have seen items sit in foreign Customs for weeks until someone decides to finally clear it and release it to the customer. Sometimes Customs requires the recipient to pay a tax on the item before they will release it. Once I even had a country send the item back to me, refusing to deliver it.

That said, most international orders are without issue. I have been doing this for a long time, and have shipped to over a dozen countries. The ones where I have the most issue are China, Mexico, and countries in South America. Most of Europe has never been an issue. Canada has never caused me a single problem.

All in all, international orders are safe and reliable, but occasionally there is a headache to deal with. I will always work with a customer to ensure that they receive their order within a reasonable amount of time and are satisfied with their experience.
