When purchasing items please remember that each item is handmade and unique and so reproductions will be subject to slight variations.

All payments are expected at time of purchase. Paypal is the only payment accepted in the store at this time.
Orders maybe be cancelled up until the time of shipment, usually 2-5 business days after purchase. After an order is shipped it may not be cancelled.
All orders are subject to New York State sales tax which is currently 8%.
All orders will be shipped through the USPS. Items will ship within 2-5 business after clearance of payment. At this time orders will only ship to the coastal United States.
Arrangements may be made for shipment outside the coastal U.S. if the buyer is willing to pay all fees associated with shipment. If this is the case please contact me at marlenaspaperparadise [!at] gmail.com to make arrangements for shipment.
Shipping costs will vary per item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and returns are possible within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. All shipping fees for returned items will be paid by the purchaser. Refunds will be made when the item is received in the same condition it was shipped.

Angel policy - All items in the store are handmade by me unless otherwise specified. Any reproduction of my materials must give direct credit to me for the original design. All images in my products are subject to their own angel policies and it is up to the purchaser to investigate these policies. No images may be reproduced at any time. To purchase any images please contact each company directly.
