SEQUIN PILLOWS, SEQUIN BAGS, DART FLIGHT'S AND JEWELRY: -- Sequin Pillows, Sequin Bags, Dart Flights and Jewelry are final sale. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable as they are custom and personalized items. Also, please understand that these pillows are made with reversible sequins.

Sequins are never 'perfect' and you may have a few going one way or another, etc. Also, once flipped and flipped back, the sequins will never go perfectly. There will be some white that you can see within a design.

DO NOT RIP OFF WARNING LABEL that is attached to pillows or textile products. Only cut the warning label from the item to prevent damage to or opening up of the sewed up seam of the pillow.

SATIN PILLOW BACKING: You may also want to check your hands! Rough hands, nails or calluses can snag the delicate satin fabric, but avoid using lotion or hand cream just before you handle the satin backed pillow fabric—satin shows oil stains as badly as it shows water stains!

MOCK UP'S: Mockups, What’s that?
In manufacturing and design, a mockup, or mock-up, is a scale or full-size model of a design or device, used for teaching, demonstration, design evaluation, promotion, and other purposes. -
Definition by Wikipedia.

We use a mock up mainly for you to check spelling, and the location of your lettering, wording and/or picture/artwork, normally placed on top of a photograph of the product or fabric being made. Unfortunately, a mock up does not correctly show color's or print print density on a substrate.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor/cell phone/tablet has different capabilities to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color of you finished product may vary from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the finish product, due to different mediums used.

Frequently asked questions
SMOKE ODOR/WEIRD SMELLY ODOR:

SMOKE ODOR/WEIRD SMELLY ODOR: Why does my item smell like SMOKE/WEIRD SMELL? The smell you are smelling is not smoke. It is a smell from the chemical process of the off gassing of the ink, when the ink is heated to heat-set the lettering/picture into into the sequins. Otherwise you can't print on the sequins or other substrates.

Our ink is unique in it's ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. The high temperature - opens the pores of the polymer and allows the gas to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. The printing then becomes part of the polymer.
