I require that all payments be made through Paypal. If you want to use a credit card please process it through Paypal. Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order or the item will be relisted and the order canceled. If you cannot meet this requirement please contact me within those 3 days so that we may discuss other arrangements. Thank you.
My standard shipping is USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. That means most of your packages will arrive within 3-4 days so there is usually no need to use priority mail. I ship 6 days a week except on holidays.
Shipping fees will be listed with each item and discounts will be offered for combined items. Please let me calculate the shipping costs before you check out.
As many of my items are one of a kind, I suggest that insurance be purchased. I'm sorry, but I can not accept responsibility of an item once it is shipped unless insurance has been purchased.
Insurance coverage fees:
$1.70 $0 - $50.00
$2.15 $50.00 - $99.00
$2.60 $100.00 - $200.00
Any purchase or combination of purchases over $200.00 will be shipped free with insurance included.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer 100% guarantee. I know computer monitors aren't all the same and sometimes the shade may not be as perfect as you thought it would be. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, please contact me before you pack the item(s) carefully and return it within 7 days for a full refund. The refund will be credited to your Paypal account once the item is received. Return shipping and insurance is the buyer's responsibility. Many of my items are one of a kind, I recommend that insurance be purchased.

Our needs and wants are all different. If you need a special size or color let me know. In most cases I can accomodate your request.
Need that special bag or purse to go with that special dress. I would be happy to work with you to get just the perfect look. All custom orders will be billed in advance once all the details have been agreed upon.
