This is so pretty and unique. It's also very well made and that sanded porcelain is really nice. Thanks.

All items are insured with delivery confirmation. All items, unless otherwise requested will be shipped UPS or USPS, approximately within one week after payment is received. If you need items quicker and are willing to pay more for shipping, please let me know.

Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping which includes insurance and delivery confirmation, but may also include costs associated with packaging (ceramics requires styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel).

You are welcome to convo me if you have a question about shipping costs or delivery times.

I must be notified immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to UPS.

I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please convo me within five days of receipt. I will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item. Additional policies and FAQs
Pottery Care
My work is intended for your use and enjoyment. Handmade pottery can need (and happily, deserves) a little more love to prolong its life than contemporary manufactured ware, so while durable and microwavable, hand washing is recommended. Do not pour boiling water directly into handmade ware. “Pre-warming” pieces by filling with warm/hot tap water prior to pouring hot water for coffee or tea is recommended.

Conditions of Use
When you purchase anything from Martha Grover Ceramics you agree to hold Martha Grover harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased.

Note: I reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
