Handmade Charms & Jewelry
***Before messaging me, please read my shop Policies page for FAQ***
Buried Diamond jewelry was born a few years ago, when I started making super chunky eyeball necklaces for myself because I couldn't find anything flashy enough to satisfy me already out in the world. Before long, the jewelry started to get attention. Everywhere I went, people stopped me to ask about my magic eyes and charm necklaces.
My jewelry is hand formed from polymer clay (or sometimes laser cut from wood), and it is always hand painted. Some pieces are coated in super shiny, durable clear resin. All of my findings are of the highest quality. I like to use simple shapes with bold painting and vibrant color and a touch of sparkle - you can see my jewelry from a distance. I want Buried Diamond jewelry to make you laugh and feel ready to party. Each piece is quirky and unique!
All of my items are lovingly made by me. In order to maintain my high quality standards, jewelry is made in small batches. Please keep an eye on the shop and social media for peeks of what is coming out next - I would hate for you to miss out on new charms and baubles!

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address, and your package has shipped, it is not the responsibility of Buried Diamond. If your package gets returned to Buried Diamond, it may be shipped to your correct address, however, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If you make a purchase and see that the address is wrong, please send a message with the correct information immediately.
My processing time is typically 7 days, and this is indicated in the shipping window for each item. This means your order will be packed and mailed after 1 to 7 days. Shipping time is additional: USPS domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days; International shipping takes 7-14 business days. IN GENERAL: packages are shipped very quickly, in less than 7 days, however, this is the policy.
I ship domestic orders two times each week; I ship international orders one time each week. If you would like faster shipping, insurance, etc. please message me BEFORE you purchase as these are NOT included in my basic shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, and I cannot speed things up if your items have already been shipped.
USPS does not provide tracking for international orders after they have left the USA. For that reason, I do not guarantee arrival dates for international orders. Please take this into account. Orders should arrive 10-14 business days after shipment, but sometimes it takes an extra day or two to get all the way around the globe.
I do NOT combine shipping for multiple orders for new / first time customers due to an unfortunate increase in buyer fraud. I would love to help you cut back on shipping costs, so if this is important to you, please message me after you have placed multiple orders and we can reach an agreement together. Repeat/return customers are in my database and I do my best to combine orders where possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
For handmade items, please have reasonable expectations - every handmade item is quirky and unique, which makes it special. I do my best to represent all items as accurately as possible with my images and descriptions.
All items are carefully packaged before they are shipped. Jewelry is boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap, ceramics are carefully packaged in boxes. If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact me so we can find a solution. Buyer must provide an image of the damaged item before returns and refunds are made.
If you request a refund, you will be refunded for shipping and the item cost, minus a small restocking fee.
