I'm a small seller, so it's better for both of us if we just use Paypal.

The process to buy an item requires to read my item description/shipping options/etc. and a few very conscious clicks, so, if suddenly you feel like you want to back off of your purchase -and you already paid for it- I'm afraid you'll fail baddly and you'll have to pay the item.

Please, please... please! Think carefully about your purchase, let's keep it fair for both parties.
Shipping policies:
I ship the fastest I can. One or two days max... and If you buy on weekends, I'll ship that Monday.

VERY IMPORTANT: my default shipping is "ordinary mail". This means NOT tracking number, because Spanish Correos doesn't offer that service: it just send it and that's all.

If you want to keep track of your package, you have to ask me to send it through CERTIFIED MAIL. This is going to increase a few euros your order, but it will give you confidence about getting it in a safer way.

If you want me to send your parcel through CERTIFIED MAIL write me before doing the purchase, so I can modify the listing price accordingly.

Remember: I'm not a big seller: I send items one by one, hoping for you to get the best results for your order and trust.

Of course, we're talking about my Ready to Ship items: if they're a commission we'll pact the shipping individually, don't worry.
Refunds and Exchanges
Important: most of the times I sell items that won't break going your way (necklaces, felt figures, etc.) I always send them carefully packed... but I can't respond to items damaged or lost by the postal service.

I always promise to send you what you're paying for, the best way I can.

It's pretty harmful to get bad reviews, of course, but if I know I did my best to help you and I still didn't satisfy your complaints, I will always write back my side of the story.
