If you are not satisfied with any item you may return the item within 20 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds on special order items only if defective or damaged in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All orders(except special orders) are shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment. We ship via USPS and charge actual cost of shipping plus $0.50 to cover cost of shipping supplies when shipped First Class Mail. I do combine orders to save on shipping and any savings will be returned to you via your payment method. Shipping cost for items weighing over 16 oz are based on Priority Mail shipping to zone 8. If you live closer any savings will be returned to you.
